Cancellation & Refund Policy

English Way Language Training FZ LLC

At English Way Language Training FZ LLC, cancellations refer to any withdrawal or course change requested before the issuance of the official course confirmation letter. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our Admissions Department for processing.

Please note that certain fees are strictly non-refundable, including:

  • Registration fees
  • Deposits labeled as non-refundable
  • Courier and shipping costs
  • Visa application charges
  • Administrative processing fees
  • Any payments made to third parties (such as agent commissions)

To proceed with a cancellation, the student must send a formal written request. Refunds for tuition payments will be issued based on the following timeline:

  • 30 or more calendar days before the course start date: Full refund of tuition fees, excluding non-refundable charges.
  • 14 to 29 days before the course start date: 50% refund of tuition fees, minus any non-refundable fees.
  • 7 to 13 days before the course start date: 20% refund of tuition fees, with non-refundable charges deducted.
  • Less than 7 days before the course start date or after commencement: No refund.

Additional Terms:

  • Enrollments are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned, sold, or gifted to another person.
  • Students facing temporary inability to attend classes may suspend their enrollment for a maximum of 6 months. Failure to resume within this period will be considered a forfeiture of the student’s right to continue or reclaim their course.
